You will collaborate with Occupational Therapists to support residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized care and diligent documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida COTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, and daily functions.

• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with therapy and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation following regulatory standards.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality per healthcare regulations.

Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour
