A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Current CPR certification.
