Job summary

Manatawny Manor is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $26 per hour with shift differentials and requires PA State CNA Certification. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff, with 3pm-11pm shifts available. Candidates must pass a background check and meet facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include ADLs, charting, mandatory meetings, and ensuring privacy under HIPAA. Join our team and contribute to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• PA State CNA Certification required.
• Experience preferred for CNAs.

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (include but are not limited to):

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Ensure completion of all charting and documentation per shift for all care provided to the Residents.
• Attend team meetings and mandatory in-services.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations.
• Protect the privacy and dignity of our Residents by keeping patient information confidential and complying with HIPAA Guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by RN Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Executive Administrator.
