Job summary

Outcome HC is hiring CNAs across all shifts for full-time and part-time roles with pay rates between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour. CNAs will provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's care plan, including feeding, oral care, bathing, dressing, and vital signs as assigned by the charge nurse.

Responsibilities include following behavior plans and encouraging participation in restorative programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Current CNA Certification for the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in long-term care (preferred).
