Job summary

Manatawny Manor in Pennsylvania is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts, with starting rates from $19 to $26 per hour plus shift differentials and experience.

This full-time role includes completing ADLs, charting per shift, attending trainings, and protecting resident privacy under HIPAA. A PA CNA certification and successful background check are required. We offer daily pay and a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• PA CNA certification required.
• Experience in caregiving or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Strong teamwork and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning.
• Ensure completion of all charting and documentation per shift for all care provided to the Residents.
• Attend team meetings and mandatory in-services.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations.
• Protect the privacy and dignity of our Residents by keeping patient information confidential and complying with HIPAA Guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by RN Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Executive Administrator.
