Job summary

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for dedicated CNAs to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents in Philadelphia, PA. We offer day, evening, and night shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, monitoring conditions, taking vital signs, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Competitive pay and benefits are available for committed caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care
