Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community, is seeking CNAs to join our team in Hastings, MN. You will support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and treatments, reporting changes to the RN.

This Full-Time or Part-Time role offers a varying schedule including every other weekend, with day, evening, and night shifts. Wage range is $23.39–$29.20 per hour, with shifts differentials for evenings and NOCs.

Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hastings Senior Health & Living, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Evenings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Nights: 10:30pm- 7 am (Full-Time)

Weekends - work every other Saturday and Sunday

Wage Range: $23.39 - $29.20 per hour depending on experience.

• Shifts Differentials:
• Evenings $1.50 / hour
• NOCs $1.75 / hour

Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
