Job summary

Cassia Community's Moose Lake Village in Moose Lake, MN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will assist with treatments under RN supervision, document care, and participate in activity programs in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certification in good standing on the registry
• At least 16 years of age
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN
• Document services performed on the computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe resident and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer a safe nurse-to-resident ratio, New Wages, and we’re committed to supporting your career growth through advancement opportunities and professional development.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Moose Lake Village, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type:

Part-Time and Full-Time including every other weekend.

Shifts Available:

• Nights 10:30pm to 7:00am (Part-Time, only every other weekend)
• Evenings2:15pm to 10:45pm(Full-Time)
• Evenings 4:00pm to 9:00pm (Part-Time, great for students!)
• Days (6:45am to 2:00pm) (Full-Time)

Wages:

$22.60 to $25.98 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Night (NOC)$2.00 / hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications?

• Current MinnesotaNursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
• At least 16 years of age
• Strong communication skills
