Job summary

Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a part-time basis with a rotating schedule that includes nights and holidays. Be part of a mission-driven team with benefits eligible status and a $2,500 bonus for part-time positions.

The CNA will help residents with personal care, daily living activities, and treatments, document care, support programs, and report changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Must be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Type

Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend and holiday rotation

Shifts Available

Nights (NOC) 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Part-Time)

Wage & Benefits

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: $3/ hour for Nights

Bonus: Part-Time $2,500

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
