Job summary

Cassia, managing Allina Health Restorative Suites in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with personal care and daily living activities. You will document care, assist with treatments, and report changes to the RN in a mission-driven setting.

Shifts include Days 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM with a wage range of $22.60 - $24.96 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification in good standing on the registry.
• Background checks are required for selected candidates.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.

You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position, working a varying schedule including weekends

Shifts Available:

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.

• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
• Current MinnesotaNursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
