Apple Valley Village Health Care Center in Apple Valley, MN is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. As a CNA, you'll support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their highest level of independence.

We require current Minnesota CNA certification and a reliable schedule. This full-time role includes every‑other‑weekend shifts, competitive pay, and generous benefits within a mission‑driven Cassia community.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the RN.
• Document services in the computerized charting system.
• Support residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Type: Full‑Time (includes working every other weekend)

Shifts Available: Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Wage Range: $21.63 to $28.84 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
