Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care to residents in our senior living communities in Ohio. You will perform personal care tasks, assist with bathing and grooming, monitor resident conditions, and support safe transfers with proper equipment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (Ohio) or eligible within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care tasks for residents, with excellent customer service.
• Grooms residents and maintains hearing aids and glasses.
• Assists with bathing and skin care.
• Positioning and safe transfers using assistive devices.
• Observes and records resident condition and vital signs.

$4.00 extra per hour for hours worked between 11pm on Friday through 7am on Monday as a Weekend Warrior! Up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Full Time, Part Time, and PRN- Days (6:45am-7:15pm) -Nights (6:45pm-7:15am)

Summary:

Certified Nursing Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well-being of residents and document in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards.

Responsibilities:

• Performs personal care tasks for residents, while providing exceptional customer service
• Personal grooming (hair, shave, nails, mouth, etc.) maintains hearing aids and glasses
• Bathing
• Positioning and proper skin care
• Observes and records resident condition information
• Vital signs
• General resident transfer, using proper assistive devices and body mechanics

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience.
• Must be State Tested in the state of Ohio or State Test Eligible Nurse Assistant (within 120-day eligibility to work as Certified Nursing Assistant and ability to State Test).
• Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid training or be open to getting it shortly upon hire.
