Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care for residents. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and contribute to residents’ dignity, independence, and belonging on a dedicated care team.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with weekend rotations and sign-on bonuses. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on Ohio certification, and opportunities for growth and tuition assistance are available.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Schedules:

• Full Time (6:30 - 7:00), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $1000 Sign On Bonus
• Part Time (6:30am - 7:00pm), 24 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $500 Sign On Bonus

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
