Mayo Clinic’s Charter House in Rochester, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care on a part-time schedule. You will assist with activities of daily living, interact with residents and families, and support a safe, caring environment within a renowned healthcare system.

Eligible candidates must be listed on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry as a CNA
• Requires 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for residents
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and interaction with residents and families
• Cross-train to float to other Charter House areas as needed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition in a timely manner
