Generations Healthcare (Bradley Gardens) in San Jacinto, CA 92582 seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant with psych/behavioral experience. The role offers an hourly rate of $20–$23 and follows a 4-2 rotation for a 44-bed facility.

You will provide quality patient care, assist residents with daily routines, and ensure safety under supervision. The ideal candidate holds a valid California CNA license and has prior psych/behavioral CNA experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed CNA required (Current/VALID CA License).
• Experience as CNA in a psych/behavioral facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to residents.
• Assist with daily routines (hygiene, bathing, vitals, meals, bed changes).
• Follow safety procedures to ensure resident safety.
• Assist with transfers and mobility (beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs).
• Report and update records on residents’ conditions.
• Follow directions from Charge Nurse/Supervisor.

The Bradley Gardens, is now a part of Generations Healthcare and in search of a (Psych/Behavioral)Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. This is a 44-bed facility and the shift is a 4-2 rotation.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent patient care to residents
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor
