Job summary

Generations Healthcare’s Bradley Gardens in San Jacinto, CA 92582 is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant with psych/behavioral experience for a 44-bed facility, on a 4-2 rotation. The position pays an hourly rate of $20-22 DOE.

The CNA provides quality patient care per the resident’s care plan, assists with daily routines such as hygiene, meals, vitals, and transfers, and documents changes while following the Charge Nurse's instructions.

Qualifications

• Current/VALID CA Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Prior experience as a CNA in a psych or behavioral facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• This position requires successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents.
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions.
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor.

The Bradley Gardens,is now a part of Generations Healthcare and in search of a (Psych/Behavorial) Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team.This is a 44-bed facility and the shift is a 4-2 rotation.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
