Job summary

San Jacinto, CA 92582 – Generations Healthcare seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant with psych/behavioral experience for a 4-2 rotation at the 44-bed facility. Hourly rate is $20-23 DOE.

The role involves providing quality patient care in accordance with care plans and supervising staff directives. Essential duties include assisting with daily routines, taking vitals, and reporting changes to the supervising Charge Nurse.

The Bradley Gardens, is now a part of Generations Healthcare and in search of a (Psych/Behavioral) Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. This is a 44-bed facility and the shift is a 4-2 rotation.

Job Description

The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to)

• Provide excellent patient care to residents
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor

Qualifications

• Current/VALID CA Licensed Certified Nursing assistant
• Prior experience as a CNA in a psych or behavioral facility
• Ability to communicate effectively
