Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a nurse’s aide.

Responsabilités

• Assist in ambulation and transfers between bed, chair, and stretcher.
• Assist or feed residents and provide water/nourishment.
• Offer/empty bedpans and/or urinals as needed.
• Keep residents clean and dry; change linens and make beds.
• Provide bed/bath care and hair/oral hygiene assistance.
• Assist residents to dress and undress and support mobility.
• Record intake/output and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Report changes to the Charge Nurse and attend in-service trainings.
