Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Nurse's Aide to join our team in New York. The role involves assisting residents with mobility, daily care, and activities, under supervision of nursing staff.

NYS certification as a Nurse’s Aide is mandatory, with duties spanning hygiene, feeding, and daily living support. The position requires high school graduation or equivalent and at least 1 year of prior experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year prior experience.
• NYS Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ambulation and transfers between bed, toilet, chair, or stretcher.
• Assists or feeds residents and provides water and nourishment.
• Keeps residents clean and dry, changes linens and replaces towels/cloths.
• Provides bed baths, hair and oral care.
• Assists residents to dress and undress and participates in rehabilitation programs.
• Records intake/output and specimens as directed; takes vitals when directed.
• Observes residents and reports changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Follows safety, security, and fire procedures and maintains confidentiality of information.
