Responsibilities

• Assists in ambulation and transfers between bed, chair, toilet, and stretcher.
• Assists or feeds residents and serves water/nourishment.
• Keeps residents clean/dry; changes linens; assists with bathing and grooming.
• Documents intake/output and vital signs as directed; reports changes to nurse.
