Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide attentive resident care at one location. You will assist with daily activities, ambulation, feeding, and hygiene, while maintaining records and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Required NYS CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of prior experience preferred. A strong commitment to resident safety and professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NYS Certification as Nurse’s Aide required.
• At least 1 year prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ambulation and transfers.
• Assist or feed residents and provide nourishment.
• Provide bed baths, oral hygiene and skin care.
• Maintain cleanliness and take part of daily living activities.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record intake/output and vital signs as directed.
• Observe and report changes or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
