Certified Nurse Assistant - Menlo Park, CA

Hourly Pay: $22-$25/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patient care at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and community living centers while working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Shift & Schedule Details

• The facility operates 24/7
• 8-hour shifts (no on-call required)
• 7:30 AM – 4 PM
• No scheduled overtime or on-call requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent CNA experience
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (any U.S. state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills, ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings, proficiency in communication and documentation
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently; maintain current certifications and training requirements; and meet all VA health, immunization, and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and daily living assistance
