Fulton Commons Care Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in East Meadow, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. We offer multiple shifts (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am) with every-other-weekend requirements and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

Shifts Available*:
• 7:00am–3:00pm
