Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in East Meadow, NY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. We offer multiple shifts (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am) with every‑other‑weekend availability. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, and document care per policy.

Active NYS CNA Certification is required, and prior skilled nursing experience is preferred. We pride ourselves on teamwork, supportive leadership, comprehensive benefits, and a well‑staffed clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork and communication.

• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance.

Shifts Available*
