Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in East Meadow, NY is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. Shifts available: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am; must be available every other weekend.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring changes, taking vitals, providing safe transfers, and documenting care while maintaining a clean, respectful environment. We offer 1199 SEIU benefits, competitive wages, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA Certification.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
