Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in East Meadow, NY is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing team, where teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality resident care are valued.

Shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am. Must be available every other weekend. Requirements: Active NYS CNA Certification; prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred; strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
