Job summary

Ascension Living in Signal Mountain, TN, is seeking a Nurse Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will observe residents, report changes to nursing staff, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while supporting physician-ordered procedures and resident care alongside licensed nurses. This position is Night shift and PRN.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification required prior to hire or transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Observe residents closely and report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by identifying hazards and promptly reporting safety concerns to nurses.
• Partner with nurses to assist with physician-ordered procedures and resident care.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education
