Elite Care Management, Inc. seeks compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our private duty care team in Florida. You’ll work with one patient for your entire shift, mornings only, with no weekends, and earn $22 per hour for 6 hours weekly.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide comfort to improve quality of life. Required Florida state CNA or HHA certification, 75-hour HHA training, CPR, and eligibility documents.

Qualifications

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
