Job summary

Promise-Home-Care-LL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) in Florida to care for clients in their homes. Roles include personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping, with a focus on consistent weekly hours and patient-centered support.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Active driver’s license with reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
• CPR certification current and health statement current.
• TB test negative within the last year or clear chest X‑ray within 5 years.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening or ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Florida License or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

Active Driver's License with reliable vehicle

Active Auto Insurance

Active CPR Certification

Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year)

Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years)
