Elite Care Management, Inc. in Venice, Florida seeks compassionate CNAs and HHAs for a 6-hour morning shift, with no weekend work. The role focuses on dedicated, one-patient care, building trust with the patient and family while supporting daily living activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and light housekeeping, plus fostering mental engagement. Required: Florida CNA/HHA certs, CPR, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Certification that meets Florida CNA or HHA requirements with 75-hour training.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• TB test status up to date or QuantiFERON completed within timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license and Social Security card on file.

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Assist with mobility by helping patients lift and transfer as needed.
• Support ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation for patients.
• Enhance quality of life through conversation and shared activities.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
