Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our private duty healthcare team in Venice, Florida.

This position offers 6 hours per week, morning shifts, with no weekend work, and pay of $22 per hour, caring for a single patient in their home. You will provide ADL assistance, monitor vital signs, ensure comfort, and build a trusting relationship with the patient and family.

Qualifications

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records, report progress to supervisor or case manager
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
• Light housekeeping tasks (beds, laundry, cleaning, meals)
• Engage with patients to support mental well-being and social interaction
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
