Boston Medical Center South is seeking a part-time nursing assistant to support adult geriatric psychiatric patients under RN supervision. You will provide direct patient care addressing personal needs and comfort while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA license or active enrollment, BLS, and de-escalation training within 30 days of hire. English communication with staff and patients is essential.

Schedule: 32 hours, Evenings, Every Other Weekend, Part-Time, Benefit Eligible Position
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse assigned, performs a variety of direct patient care activities in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the patient. Provides care that addresses the specific needs of adult geriatric psychiatric patients as well as accommodating a variety of needs specific to impairments such as hearing, sight, substance abuse, language barriers, and potential victims of abuse. Incorporates knowledge and understanding of our commitment to patient rights, exceptional care, and the hospital's values and mission into his/her performance of job duties. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Compensation Range: $18.15- $26.97
