Job summary

Garden Valley Retirement Village is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift to provide compassionate resident care under RN supervision. Join a team focused on dignity, comfort, and well-being in a supportive environment.

You will work 6p-6a, delivering daily care, assisting with ADLs, and following care plans to ensure resident safety and comfort. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification.
• Experience delivering resident care with compassion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Ensure Plans of Care are followed and updated.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
• Monitor skin condition and report changes.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as assigned.
• Foster a supportive environment for residents and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities
