Garden Valley is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full Time Day Shift. You will work under the supervision of an RN to provide high-quality care, comfort, and dignity to residents in a supportive team setting.

The role emphasizes compassion, adherence to care plans, and timely responses to resident needs, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a caring facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility.

Responsabilités

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Support residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Ensure individual Plans of Care are followed and updated as needed.
• Promptly respond to resident calls and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities, as assigned.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers.

About the Role

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality care and support with compassion and respect. Working closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
