Job summary

The Blossoms at Star City Rehab & Nursing Center in Arkansas is hiring full-time Night Shift CNAs (7pm–7am) to provide compassionate daily living assistance and to support resident safety and well-being.

You will assist residents with ADLs, perform rounds, complete tasks accurately and timely, and promptly report concerns to the charge nurse. We offer competitive benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and comprehensive life and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Registered CNA in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and well-being.
• Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify concerns and report to the charge nurse promptly.

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by:

• Assisting residents with all activities of daily living, providing compassionate care and support.

Position Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

• Must be a registered certified nursing assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of this state.

• CPR certification is preferred, but not necessary.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
