Job summary

The Columbia Presbyterian Community in Columbia, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and create a warm, homelike environment. You will work with nurses and families, follow individualized care plans, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and compliance with DHEC standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR Certification.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
