Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on support for residents during the 7pm-7am shift in a full-time role with alternating weekends.

You will follow individualized care plans, monitor health changes, document care and maintain a clean, safe environment, working closely with nurses, families and the care team while enjoying competitive pay, benefits and a progressive sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
