Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to enrich the lives of residents in a warm, home-like setting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
