Job summary

Meadows Park Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents, building meaningful relationships with dignity and respect. You will collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, supportive environment.

Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with evening, night and weekend shift differentials, plus benefits,

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (GA or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive atmosphere for residents, families and staff.
