Job summary

Meadows Park Health & Rehab in Vidalia, GA, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will support residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, assist with mobility and transfers, and report any changes to the care team. A strong emphasis on respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care guides daily practice.

Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with evenings, nights, and weekend differentials. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
