Job summary

Brown Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care for residents in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

You’ll work with a caring team, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents’ conditions, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
