Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our nonprofit team serving residents in Georgia. You will provide daily living assistance with dignity, support mobility, and partner with nurses to deliver respectful, high-quality care.

• Active CNA certification (State of Georgia or eligible).

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
