Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening shifts. Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus weekly pay.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care, teamwork with nurses, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Eligible GA CNA certification preferred; training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
