Job summary

Townsend Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our mission-driven organization. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide patient-centered care, and support mobility while collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
