Job summary

Zebulon Park Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks and compassionate care. You will work with nurses to ensure dignity, safety and comfort, building meaningful relationships in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Active Georgia CNA certification required or eligible. Prior long-term care experience is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
