Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide dignified daily care for residents and to support the nursing team with hands-on assistance. You will build trust with residents and families while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

This part-time day role offers starting pay between $17.63 and $18.68 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable with strong communication and teamwork.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
