Job summary

Zebulon Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses to uphold the high standards of our nonprofit, mission-driven center.

This role offers evening, night and weekend shift differentials, regular weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance options and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligible.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
