Job summary

Eatonton Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Eatonton, GA. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide patient-centered care with dignity, and work closely with nurses to deliver high-quality support.

We offer pay from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with match, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and monitor residents’ well-being.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
