Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across evenings, nights, and weekends. You will support daily living activities and work closely with nurses to monitor residents and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
