Job summary

Liberty Health ROXBORO, NC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for geriatric residents at the Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. The role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and daily activities, and supporting the nursing staff with treatments and resident needs.

Applicants must be a CNA listed in the DFS registry, at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and willing to attend in-service training and staff

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Ability to care for geriatric residents with patience and empathy.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Attends to residents’ bathing, dressing, hygiene and ADLs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Support oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records including input and output at end of shift.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
